A resolution passed that if a Member is on the transfer list and is offered 3 different addresses to move and they refused 3 times; they are removed from the transfer list and would have to reapply to get back on the transfer list.
A resolution passed to amend our previous policy on Homestead Exemption. The Members that elect not to claim the Homestead Exemption on their Avion address will be assessed only the difference between what Avion would owe as an exempt home and a non-exempt home.
