The Corporation will endeavor to give the very best service on maintenance requests.
However, emergencies or work needed to preserve the Corporate property or protect public health will have preference. The Corporation will schedule all work according to efficiency and economy.
Maintenance means upkeep, and does not include the trimming of trees or hauling off trash, or the installation of appliances, or changing of decor. Maintenance personnel will not do repair work in your unit unless the interior is clean. Personal items must be removed from the area to be repaired.
You can submit a Maintenance Request electronically by filling out the form on this page, or you may pick up a Maintenance Request Form from the Avion Office during normal business hours.
